Every dot tells a story. Every session starts with a color.

A minimalist, body-intuitive massage session that helps your body let go—quietly and completely.

What is the Marker Method?

The Marker Method is an 80-minute mobile session that blends skin rolling, intuitive dot-marking, dynamic cupping, and Swedish massage—designed to help your body release tension in ways you may not even realize you're holding it.

It begins with the Color Pull—a quiet ritual where you choose one Crayola marker from a set of four. Each color is tied to a scented lotion and a subtle intention for the session.

Your color sets the tone. The marks show the way.

FAQs

How do I prepare for my session?
I’ll bring everything I need—including the table and music. Just make sure there’s a calm, private space with about 3 feet of room on each side of the table. When I arrive, I’ll ask you to show me the space so I can quietly set up.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing before and after is perfect. You’ll undress to your comfort level while I step out of the room. When you’re ready, you’ll begin the session lying face-down on the table.
What makes this different from a typical massage?
This session blends skin rolling, intuitive dot-marking, dynamic cupping, and Swedish massage into one intentional method. Once you're on the table, the session begins. I’ll use skin rolling to assess both sides of the body—starting face-down and later face-up—marking areas to return to. Then I’ll apply lotion and move into massage and cupping work, guided by what your body has shown me. The pace is unhurried, present, and shaped by your body’s cues throughout.
What's actually happening during dynamic cupping?
Your muscles are surrounded by something called fascia—a thin, elastic layer of connective tissue that holds everything together. Think of it like a web, or soft netting.
Over time, fascia can get restricted. Tight. Bound up. That's when you start to feel stuck in your own skin—like your muscles are moving through resistance.Dynamic cupping creates space.
It gently lifts your skin away from the fascia beneath, like peeling apart Velcro. This separation invites circulation, loosens restriction, and helps your body realign itself—without force.
Will the marker stay on my skin?
Yes, but only for a short time. The Crayola marker leaves soft, washable dots that fade naturally within a day or two.
Will I have cupping marks afterward?
Most likely, yes. Cupping often leaves round marks that last a few days. They’re completely normal and fade on their own.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Just let me know. I’ll use an unscented, hypoallergenic lotion and adjust your session as needed.
